My coaching style is based on a philosophy of support in helping your to fulfill your purpose and find your authentic voice. I have been a performer in various forms for most of my adult life, and am currently the creator and host of The Dream Detective podcast. The show combines my affinity for the arts with my life-long love for dreams, psychology, intuition, consciousness, and personal growth. My coaching background includes extensive training in social psychology, communication skills, spirituality, and personal growth. At the same time, over the years I have worked as a media stylist for high end corporate clients, celebrities, film, print, and television. Somewhere along the way I learned that the archetype of the artist and the healer are one in the same, which really makes sense to me. I am happy to now combine my skills and experience as a performer, stylist, and coach to help others through media coaching. This includes podcast coaching if you are interested in creating your own platform. I also offer life coaching, as I love to help people listen to their inner voice and authentic self to find and fulfill their purpose.
